Who we are

Built around four pillars that become a fifth

Bluepeak Clean, Bluepeak Green, Bluepeak Tech and Bluepeak Support each stand on their own. Combined into Bluepeak FM they become a single contract covering everything a facility needs, with a single manager accountable for the result.

We own the equipment that earns its keep every day, in carpet care, floor care and pressure washing, and bring in specialised capability through approved partners when a contract calls for it. That keeps our people well equipped and your quotation honest.

People and standards

Trained people, proper equipment, proper systems

Our operatives work to written standard operating procedures, under site supervisors, with the equipment the job needs and the protective wear the law requires.

We employ and pay our people in line with Kenyan labour law and the gazetted minimum wage, and we price every contract from that fully loaded cost. It is the only honest way to promise the same standard in month twelve as in month one.
