How pricing works
Built from your site, upwards
A quotation starts with a walk round your facility. We count the rooms and surfaces, agree the hours and frequencies, and price the labour, consumables, equipment, transport and disposal that the plan actually needs.
That is why we do not publish prices: two offices of the same size can need very different plans. What you get instead is a written service plan with a monthly price, clear terms and an annual review.

- Monthly invoicing with clearly defined payment terms
- Consumables itemised where that is clearer for you
- Scope-change provisions, so adding a service is simple
